Having had 2 knee replacements, the second last year, I had not done much exercise. I have really enjoyed Pilates with Jo. I feel more flexible and have gained much more body strength in just doing a one hour session a week. I am in my early 70's but hope to continue with Pilates classes for many more years.

Jo has a very friendly and welcoming approach. Her classes are a good mix of stretching and strengthening exercises with a gentle emphasis on working at our own level. Even though sometimes we are a mixed ability group, she encourages us to do as much or as little as each individual feels able. She pays careful attention at the beginning of class adapting exercises to suit anyone who has had a recent injury.

Joanna is really attentive and makes sure you are doing the posture correctly. As a new mum, this is my first Pilates class and I am really enjoying it. I feel that my bad back is improving and my stomach is firmer.
